There will be no refunds for change of mind or for incorrect purchase.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you MUST have had access to The Swipe Surge Secret at a minimum of 24 hours and have and be able to show the following:
1. Your proof of purchase of The Swipe Surge Secret from Chris Korhonen.
2. Completion of the full The Swipe Surge Secret (verifiable by Chris Korhonen).
You must lodge your claim within the first 14 days of purchasing The Swipe Surge Secret. For example, if you purchased The Swipe Surge Secret on March 1, 2024, add 14 days and the date would be March 14. The refund would need to be lodged on or before the 14th of March for a full refund. No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within the described timeframe.
1. “You”, “Your” and “Yours” for the purposes of this guarantee means the original purchaser of the course.
2. All currency references means US dollars.
3. Chris Korhonen reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund claims made. If your claim is assessed as valid, your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer.
4. Chris Korhonen has absolute discretion to determine whether Eligibility requirements have been satisfied entitling you to a refund.
5. Chris Korhonen reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is misleading or fraudulent. Failure by Chris Korhonen to enforce any of its rights at any stages does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
6. Chris Korhonen has 60 days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence.
7. If a claim is approved, Chris Korhonen will make process payment within 30 calendar days of approval.
